Kenneth E. Morris addressing a student audience

Youth & community impact

A seat in every cockpit starts with a student who can see themselves in it

Kenneth's outreach work connects classrooms, museums, flight schools, and mentors into a route young people can actually follow.

Initiatives

The movement Kenneth is building

Founded, launched, and led — the vehicles carrying this work forward.

Aviation Community Foundation

Former Executive Director

Providing exposure and access to the aviation industry for disengaged youth — an organization Kenneth led because he knows firsthand how transformative aviation can be for a young person without a clear path forward.

Unity in Flight: Aviation & STEM Expo

Saturday, February 28, 2026 · Ellington Airport, Houston

The first annual public expo uniting students, families, pilots, engineers, airlines, educators, and veterans for aircraft displays, hands-on experiences, and career exploration.

Kenneth Morris Mentoring and Leadership Academy

Launching 2027

An empowerment hub guiding youth and adults through personal leadership, aviation exposure, character development, and career readiness.

Scholarship & fellowship program

In development

Financial support for trade school, flight training, college, and university studies — removing the cost barriers that hold aviation dreams hostage.

The goal

One million young people reached with aviation education worldwide

Through the Aviation Careers Interactive Workbooks, school and community programming, the TEDx platform, and the Unity in Flight expo. Cumulative program metrics are being compiled and confirmed before publication.

One student at a time

The conversation that changes a trajectory

Most of this work happens one child at a time — a question answered, a cockpit seen up close, a career suddenly made real.

Kenneth grew up in Houston's Fifth Ward without a single pilot in his life to point the way. Every classroom visit, discovery flight, and coloring book placed in a child's hands exists so the next young aviator doesn't have to find the runway alone.
